Ryan Brown fed Ryan Hodgson 2:38 into the game and then again with 13:20 left in the first half to lift the Minutemen (18-1-1) to the regional final.
Revere moves onto a regional final against Lima Shawnee (18-1-1) on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Bowling Green High School.
For the second time this season, Shawnee beat Lexington to advance. It will be the team’s fourth consecutive regional final showing.
Against Bowling Green (11-8-2), it was a lesson in defense as Zach Iler, Calin Milicia, Jeff Boyle and Ryan Novak kept keeper Ryan Cunningham upright until 9:13 remained.
That was the first of three shots by the Bobcats, but the Minutemen pulled together to log their 12th shutout of the season and seventh in the past eight games.

Medina 5, NorthCanton Hoover 1
Landon Daum scored two goals, and Cole Turchyn, Dylan Eckert and Jacob Hutz netted one goal apiece to guide the Bees (14-3-3) to a victory over the Vikings (15-4-2) at Mentor High School.
“Earning this win means a lot,” Medina coach Doug Coreno said. “We saw an opportunity to possibly beat two teams in the regional tournament that beat us in the regular season [Hoover and Hudson]. We got a little bit of revenge tonight.
“You have to give credit to Hoover. They are a very good team and they made us work harder than the final score indicated.
“… [Landon Daum] did a great job for us. He’s been rock solid for us all year and it was good to see him step forward and find the back of the net for us a couple of times tonight.
“That first goal [by Turchyn] helped us a lot [with about seven minutes to go in the first half]. The run of play had been going against us early to we were relieved that we were able to get the first goal. I think it made all the difference for us.”

CVCA advanced to a regional championship on an own goal when the ball deflected off a Bay defender and into the net with exactly 26 minutes remaining in the second half at Strongsville High School’s Pat Catan Stadium.
CVCA (17-2-0) advances to meet Warren Howland (17-1-2) at 11 a.m. Saturday at Twinsburg High School’s Tiger Stadium. Bay finished the season 16-3-3.
Royals senior Griffin Bosshard started the scoring sequence with a throw-in from the sideline towards CVCA seniors Matt Schumacher and Carson Reske and two Bay defenders. All four players jump into the air to attempt to get their head on the ball, and it bounced off a Bay player and into the net.
Senior Luke Slabaugh recorded a shutout as CVCA’s goalkeeper.
